Mitchell Music Company is led by Stephen and Becky Mitchell, the husband-and-wife team behind the brand. What started as a shared love for music grew into a company built on strong fundamentals, thoughtful planning, and a genuine care for the couples we work with.

Stephen brings the technical side — DJ skill, audio knowledge, and a calm, steady presence behind the scenes. Becky handles the details, communication, and planning that keep everything running smoothly from start to finish.

TJ and Lynsey are an important part of our DJ team. Trained within the Mitchell Music Company approach, they bring fresh energy, professionalism, and the same commitment to preparation and consistency that defines our brand.

Together, we focus on creating weddings that feel seamless, personal, and fun — without stress, gimmicks, or ego. From ceremony to reception, we show up prepared, organized, and ready to support your day exactly the way it deserves.

Becky is the heart of Mitchell Music Company.
What started with Becky and Stephen has grown into a close-knit team of professional DJs who truly care about their couples and their craft.

Becky is the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly. From booking weddings and building timelines to managing music requests and details you didn’t even know mattered, she makes sure every event is thoughtfully planned from start to finish.

She’s the first person you’ll talk to and the one who sees things through all the way to the big day—making the planning process feel easy, organized, and even fun. With a mix of professionalism, humor, and a genuine love for love, Becky works closely with Stephen, TJ, and Lynsey to ensure every couple feels heard, supported, and confident in their DJ choice.

TJ Hardin

Currently collaborating with Stephen, Lynsey is refining her DJ craft under his mentorship, learning the performance skills, high standards, and crowd-focused approach that define Mitchell Music Company. As she continues her journey, Lynsey brings her own creativity and professionalism to every event, ensuring a polished, confident performance that delivers the MMC-level experience clients know and trust.
